"I'm very sorry that this happened, this is absolutely our fault. We pulled the wrong card on your file and did charge that card for your billing. Unfortunately, it will take the 10 days as that comes from the corporate side. I understand how that would be frustrating, and I would be frustrated as well. Any time we get a complaint we sit down as a team and review what happened to insure it doesn't happen again. While doing that today we only saw the one instance and I emailed you hoping to get the details of the other times. We can only go back to last April when we took over for the prior agency. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us so please respond to the email so we can figure out what happened and change our process if need be. We also have some suggestions on what we can do to insure this never happens again. We value you and your family as customers and want to make sure you are taken care of in a 5 star manner. "
